Premium download speed?

I currently have Premium but the download speeds I'm getting from the premium server is just as low or lower than filefront. Just wondering if there is something wrong at the moment.

Hi Genoment,
From what servers are you trying to download from? Have you tried the CDN too?

Yes, I've tried CDN and US but my download speed is the same. It used to be much faster but since a few weeks ago it went down significantly, any suggestions? I assume it's on my side since no one else is complaining but I don't know how to increase my maximum download speed.

Strange, the CDN should offer the best possible speed. Its acutally a network of 10 servers located all over the US. The server closest to you is automatically chosen for optimal performance. I wonder if your ISP changed anything.

What speeds are you getting today compared to two weeks ago?
