Premium going really slow? - Page 3

Well. It's about time for you to fix this.
I mean - your customers are paying for premium service, even if they are from Germany.

I pasted a PM with a traceroute and my IP zu Uzbeki.

Would be nice to get some money back or something like that though.

What is your ISP called?

It seems that a provider called DTAG has capacity problems which is out of our control.
Our ISP are still struggling to split the DTAG peer between 2 suppliers to work around this

Yes, my provider is called Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG).

Looking forward to see this problem getting solved

DTAG needs to increase their capacity. Their pipes are full

You should try and contact them and ask about their capacity issues to the UK. Sadly there is nothing we or our ISP can do to help the DTAG situation since all the peer lines which DTAG use are full.

We are looking at getting a new premium server in Germany though.

Well for some reasons they don't answer my mails with the complaints. Downloadspeed still incredibly slow -.-
I think I'll wait with renewing my subscription unless this is sorted out by my and your provider.

What is your speed like if you try right now?

How is the speed now for the rest of you who had problems earlier?
