intro - 3d logo

hi!
I am new to this movie making and i want to make a story based comedy movie.
but i got a problem here, i have seen alot of the movies on warcraft movies, if not all

well, anyways, i can see many of them got these fancy introductions with

"produced by........"
"a.......productions"
"an......movie"
".......productions"

a good example is from the
rise of the living dead series

well i think you get my point.
what programs is used to make these so called 3d intros?
done multiple search on google but only finding these crappy ones

its the only thing that holds my movie creation back, i have tried searching these forums but no luck there either

please help

Didnt see much of a flashy 3d intro there, looks to me like its all done in vegas.
