Good Quality?

Im started to get Intrested in making pvp videos but wasent really sure what to render it as I record with fraps at full screen. My screen size is 1400x1050 and am wondering what I should render it at I made this video http://stage6.divx.com/user/waxonwax...2/Quality-test just to test quality and I render it at 800x600, and was wondering what you think of the qualtiy? I would really like to get the quality to somthing like this video http://stage6.divx.com/user/grimfox/.../Thunderstruck. does anyone know what she prob recorded at or render as? Also if im asking a dumb questions dont be afraid to call me a retard and fix me.
Also if needed my computer specs are:

CPU - Intel coreduo e6600 @2.4ghz
Ram - 2.00gb DDR-2 800
Video Card - Asus 7900GT

If your ingame resolution is 1400x1050 then you should render at that, nothing more nothing less
