Movie Idea

I have what I think is a really good idea for a wow movie but I've never done anything like this before and it seems like its too big a project to do alone. What should I do first? Should I write a script sort of thing and then see who'd be interested in helping me make the movie?

You should make a detailed script, and also present the story in a few lines in order to make people interested. These forums are quite dead though
