posting comments on videos

i am just wondering what to do as on my videos ive had a couple of people rate it down and the comment is just a fullstop, i have tried reporting these to mods and yet they remain, just wondering why seeing as a fullstop isnt what id call constructive criticism...

Rest assured we go through reported comments and deal with them accordingly. It can sometimes take a little longer than our authors expect, but we do get to them.
