Did I get ripped off?

Hi,
I just payed one month of subscription to have a premium account on wow movies. After paying I tried to download a movie from a premium server but the website still says that I am not a premium user. So I infact checked my account profile and I am not listed as a premium member...

Did I get ripped off?

No sir you did not. There is probably a delay in the upgrade for some reason. Probably something to do with moving to a new server.

When buying premium, I am pretty sure, not 100% certain because I haven't bought Premium in a while, that it says it might take up to 24 hours to actually complete the upgrade.

If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours after when you bough your premium membership, contact an admin (Uzbeki, Gedan or Baloo) on WarcraftMovies, specifying your problem and they will sort it out.

Don't forget to go in to detail with the PM, stating which payment method you used and what time you bought it etc.

Thx for replying. I will wait till tomorrow night and update you on what happend. anyway for your own information when you create a premium account it says it will take " a couple of minutes" for the upgrade to take action which is very far from 24h.

Did you use PayPal? It could be a problem with PayPal.

Nothing still says I am not a premium member.
Yes I used pay pal. No I really doubt the problem is with paypal I will contact the admin now.
EDIT: I doubt the problem is form paypay coz paypal sent me an email saying the payment has taken place.

WHat details you talking about? you ONLY allow payment via paypal...

I wasn't ignoring you, I just wasn't on the forums.

I don't know what's going on.

This problem doesn't happen very often, so getting WCM a bad rep won't be easy heh.

and I believe WCM offers PayNova as a payment choice. (No idea what that is though)

edit: People do not lurk on these forums waiting for replies, I just go here every now and then, so don't make posts a few minutes in between each other and think its like Live Chat. because it isnt.
