Chapters in movies
I was wondering why I never see chapters in WoW movies, like on DVD's. At first I thought it wasn't possible with the usual editing programs like Vegas or Premier, but then I saw someone (who knows even less about video editing than I do) click on his single video file and play the movie in Windows Media Player with a menu screen and chapters.
Are there movies with chapters being made and I'm just missing them (I mostly watch pvp but occasionally go for machinima)? Especially with pvp vids, it would be cool to go back to a noteworthy fight or arena match or whatever by selecting it's chapter. I know I could keep doing what most people do already: simply clicking on the timeline to get to a certain part of the video, which is more practical I admit. Is that why no one uses chapters, because of it's impracticality? Even still, a menu page and chapters could be pretty flashy and professional looking. If there are any videos (pvp or machinima) out there, could someone post a few? Thanks =) |
