Thumbnail Pictures not loadable!

Hey

I want to upload a Video (uploaded several Videos...) so i know how everything works, but at my new one it doesnt loads the Thumbnail.

It's 160x120 with 43 kb (JPG) and 41 kb (PNG) and 16 kb (GIF) but everytime i choose the file and open it, the "UPLOAD IMAGE" picture from WCM doesnt hide.

Also: I uploaded the Video on YouTube and i want to pick the YouTube as default Stream, no WCM upload -> how can i queue my video now since its "no mirror, awaiting upload" position?
