What to do when Modelviewer doesn't work

Hi. I'm new here, and I couldn't find any answers when I searched the forums.

What's up with modelviewer? I get jet black figures that can't be geared, and I can't find a reason, let alone ideas on how to fix it.

Help! I have stories that must be told!

And...your NOT going to fix it either as it is beyond fubar. Move onto MyWarcraftStudio.
OR
Start learning how to film Live In Game Footage on either a populated or sandbox server.
