Render Frapsed Video

Hi guys.
I have lately spent some time on frasping our raids and kills. My problem is that when i use Adobe premiere or Sony Vegas to render it gets blurry and not sharp. I have tried all the sequences, searching google for answers but nothing. So my question to you is what am I doing wrong here? Since i can't get a 40 euro program to render with the same quality as the free windows one.

There are a lot of contributing factors to the output of your final renders.

I use adobe premiere and recommend the following:

1)Make sure your project file is the same dimensions as your finished project is planned to be. This helps avoid stretching/skewing when the render has to change the height/width.

2)The biggest factor, that I've noticed, when rendering my projects to HD WMV format is the BITRATE setting. I try to keep it at 4200+ kb/s. But the higher the bitrate, the higher the size of the rendered file. So I'd mess with it and find your "happy place"
