Black in top and bottom

Hello

My previous forums wasn't answered and I figured out how I got the quality better, so now to the easy question?

What do I have to do so it look like a movie with black in the top and bottom? so the movie is all the way out to the right and left but don't go all the way up and down..?

go in photoshop, create a new transparent picture. Make a new layer, insert 2 boxes (top and bottom) and save as .png. Put in your top layer in premier,vegas or what ever. Just remember to put the size on your picture, to the size you use for your movie.
