Supreme Quality Problem

I was searching for lots of guides for rendering in Sony Vegas and keeping the best video quality, and i found a pefrect guide, heres the link:

But theres a problem to it, since i made "Supreme Quality Video" My video follows with 20-25 MB/minute rendering quality (supreme quality). Maximum allowed is 20 Megabyte per minute on WCM, so i was wandering how to render the movie to 15-20MB/minute quality (Best/Good Quality) video since i cannot release the movie no other way?
