Voices of Others

I have had this problem for awhile, and it is bugging me just too much and I am tired of doing all the voices in my movies, it really is degrading them.

I was wondering, how do you guys get others voices in your movie? Without them coming to your house, and a easier more efficent way than sending files over AIM.

I couldn't find this thread anywhere on here, so I hope I am not asking something already asked.

For high quality recordings, those are you only two options. But if you don't mind the lower quality, then you could always record them on something like Teamspeak although I do not advise using Teamspeak.
I would use Ventrillo and use a 3rd party program to record them.

have your voice talent use goldwave or soundforge. get a decent mic. record the lines, then send them to you. advise them to use a pop-filter to lessen the effect of hard consanents and hard sylabic words that create puffs of air. a bandana around the mouth somewhat like a bandit makes for a good filter while allowing you to get a rich sound while recording.
