Vegas Problems! Help needed!

Yesterday I edited my WoW-movie and everything in Vegas was fine.. It ran perfectly was basicly everything worked as intended. After having edited I turned my computer off (the normal way, no pressing "on" button or suck" after having saved the project, as I wanted to work on it today. Today I sit with a kinda strange problem. Now when I load my movie it tells me "An error occured while loading the project crimsoncrusade.veg. The item was not found." So I'm actually not able to load or edit my movie, as it tells me that it doesn't exist. Sometimes it also can't load some plug'ins. Please help me

I need to say that it's Sony Vegas 7.0
