i was wondering if anybody could make me an intro/outro for a wow movie im making with Adobe After Affects

i want to get

and

and i want it to say PRETALIATION

if you could do this i would really appreciate it

Could try... but these tutorials are terrible for a beginner to After Effects. The tutorials are pretty much very good at skipping parts that some1 may not understand and just throwing out stuff a pro may only know of.

Three slightly different versions:

Added a couple of things and made a few changes because step 4 of the tutorial didn't work for me.

Don't have the needed FinalEffects things for the second tutorial.
