Awful speeds on premium servers - Page 3

still 25kbs on a 8mbit cable, and had the problem from before Totp3 :/

What server(s) are you trying? Do you download from Brazil?

Still having this issue on all your premium servers. For comparison I have a download from you ticking at 20kb and a download from RS premium ticking at a healthy 760kb.

It's strange you get these speeds as one of the premium servers are located very close to where you live. Please double check that there is now other downloads or p2p software running in the background.

We are looking into big improvements on premium servers scheduled for January.
There will be a lot more mirrors and it will pick the best one automatically based on where you are located, if you still have problems downloading this upgrade will fix that.

I certainly have no other downloads running as I don't use p2p software. I used to get max speed from you and then one day it just went poof.

Guess I'll just have to hang on till January and see what happens.

Im a returning premium customer and i used to get up to 750k download speeds, now it wont push above 40k.....

So i've been downloading from the free filefront download mirrors @ 400-500k....

Hope you guys get this fixed, as i'd rather not pay for something slower than the free links

Oh im from the UK btw, all the preium servers are the same..... UK being by far the worst

Same for me, horrible speeds from the UK, beginning to think returning to premium was a waste of my money

We are currently checking with the UK provider to see what can be done about this. We are also in the process of changing the entire premium server system around by adding viritually unlimited capacity to ten times more server locations than we have now. ETA 2 weeks. After that change anything below your maximum download speed will not be acceptable.

In the mean time we will of course do our best to fix the current issues.

I've talked with our supplier and there shouldn't be any problems for the ones living in the UK. If you still experience problems and do live in the UK please let me know

Still <20kb/s downloads for me on 8mbit ADSL - get well over 500kb/s on Filefront, i really hope your new system works well, i'll keep my fingers crossed
