What file format are they, and did you compress them before editing?

i got this same problem with Adobe Premiere Pro, when I tried to encode a fraps recorded video to divx, it just spazzed out and didnt work at all. Encoding to wmv fixed the problem, but if I want to encode to divx, then i create my video using Vegas.

You should ask on their forums or look on the faq. Or use another program to convert the file codecs.

i have always believed that Fraps would benefit from allowing you to choose your recording codec, I would use the Huffyuv codec over anything else for raw video recording.
