Problems with sony vegas movies

Hello to all of you!

I'm pretty new to the movie editing with sony vegas (I've done some experimenting with Windows Movie Maker). I want to make some boss kills for my guild but when I did our Teron first kill the movie took like 7 minutes (give or take a few seconds) and the file size was 1.50gig!!!

You all prolly know that's a whole lot to upload but in Belgium it's even worse (cos we have limits etc...)

So my question to you all is how can I downsize the size of a sony vegas movie(.avi)?

Read the stickies on rendering. Nothing hard, follow the steps, learn and you'll be good to go.
