Premium server loadbalancing

As some of our premium members may have noticed we have reduced the number of download links on on the movie pages. Fear not! Everything is in order.

We have added loadbalancing on each of our server locations in the US, UK and Holland. From now on the script will automatically select the fastest server in each server location.
