video will not load

hello. im having a problem trying to get videos to load. it will do the countdown from 17, then just reset again and do it all over. the screen will stay black with the counter. ive tried different things but cant seem to get it to work. any help would be much apprieciated.

Hmm,
is it the "The movie will start after this message" countdown you are refering to? Do you have javascript enabled?

We have changed a number of things now. Please let me know if it works better now.

Hey Uzbeki I just attempted to load and view several videos all of which started off showing the advert countdown then just reset again.

Thought it could be the browser so I tried viewing with IE8 and Google Chrome but experienced the same results of resetting after countdown.
