I have let them know at least by 4 different methods including directly talking to them. They may be just trying to work on it seeing that their area is going through rolling blackouts.

I got the same problem with my movie, should have got 5 weeks (amirite?) and did not even get an email response yet

I do believe that if you are already a premium member the premium time gets added instantly to your time, but if you aren't already a premium it might have to be done manually.
PM Uzbeki or Gedan. It might all be manual, otherwise people could just say they have the promo material but they don't really to get some free premium.
