Rendering at Bad Quality PLEASE HELP

Hi i'm having this problem where when i render my video it turns out blurred lighter in colour and like u can see fine black lines running through it.

I have a Nividia GeForce 8500 GT.
I record with Fraps @ 30 FPS Full Screen - 1024x768 Res. Version 2.9.2
The fraps'd video's are coming out with perfect colour.

I followed the guides i've tried different formats of rendering everything.
I dont know if its cuz my gfx card is crap or what. Please if someone could help me. Its kind of depressing i been working on this for a full day and it still turns out crap. Anyone got any idea's?

Also find that even if i select default/ original size it the size of the vid is made smaller.
