Help with frame rate's (Playback Speed)

Ok heres my problem i record with Fraps in 30 Fps "Full Size"

When i then do a playback everything seems to move in 105-110% for some reason whats wrong?

I want the video to playback in 100% of the original if not slower

Playback at full resolution can be choppy because its too much data for the computer to handle (directshow (winamp, media player, etc) is made for compressed movies a la xvid/wmv). Meaning the speed goes down, then the computer manages to catch up, the clip seems to play faster, back and forth.

If you edit it then compress it to a distributable format it should playback at normal speed
