Why am I banned?

I don't post very often, but for some reason I have recieved a pm saying :

"I'll also add that i liked the intro, it was the right length

This comment that you made has been removed for the following reason:
Due to multiple serious infractions all your previous ratings and comments on the site have been removed. Consider this your last warning. Note that if three of your comments gets removed you will loose your rating privilege."

I've just gone to rate a vid and i get:

"Banned. Contact staff."

If you check my a/c I've paid every other month for video access, it doesn't seem very customer friendly

Also, I don't rate / post very much at all, so i'm not sure what I've supposed to have done. Can someone hit me up with an explanation?

Just noticed all of my 7 ratings were also deleted? WTF?

Sorry about the lack of response. This was solved as soon as I saw your post (3 days ago) but I forgot to update the thread.

I believe there might be a bug related to comment reporting. Did you report any comment just prior to being "banned" from rating?
