Issues with video quality With WoW and Fraps

I am having issues with the video quality from fraps. To avoid flaming i took a look into the sticky threads but found no solution.
im running wow at 1024x768

to get this outta the way my specs are:

Processor:
AMD Turion 64 Mobile
Technology ML-44
2.41 GHz
Memory: 2.00 GB RAM
HDD: 150 GB 70GB of it is free
Video card: GeForce Go 7900 GS PCI Express x8 512MB(x2 SLI)

It is obvious my specs are fine for Fraps.
My problem is after recording a clip the quality is terrible
heres a link as example:
http://files.filefront.com/Fraps+is+.../fileinfo.html

Any help would be much appreciated.

Update your video card drivers to the newest beta from www.nvidia.com

Up your ingame resolution to something higher (like 1280x960/1024)

Then you didn't do it. If you change it to 1280x1024 it will be different.

You can change your in game resolution in Video Options. I don't think Fraps will be able to record past 1152x864 resolution unless you have a dual core or quad core processor.

maybe it's an issue with your monitor. I'm sure your card can easily do any resolution available to it, but the size of your monitor determines what resolutions you can do.

For example I run 2 17" CRT monitors which a max resolution for each being 1280x1024.

Also, in regards to SLI, while I don't run SLI on my setup, try, I'm just stipulating SLI itself may interfere with trying to record with Fraps. I could be wrong though. But remove one of your cards and run it single, and see if that works.
