Why doesnt my movie work?

I recorded my movie with fraps, edited and tried to upload to wcm i let it run for like 9 hours and it was at 2% complete, its only a 4minute movie, i dont understand why it would take this long, and when i tried to upload and it worked it just said it didnt me, and i guess i did get it uploaded and it said

The movie you submitted was not approved because:

The movie that you uploaded to our website contained errors. Please resubmit and upload it again it on our main site.

the movie size is 1031MB and i'm not sure what to do : / help?

I suggest you render the video with a codec like XVid or similar, because 1gig for 4 minutes of film is waaaay too much. I'm sure there are a few tutorials on rendering with the right codecs on these forums.
