Question about HQ Streams?

I've recently upgraded to Premium and have started re-upload videos/move them over from Youtube. I've tried e-mailing WCM but haven't received any response. The HQ stream from Premium does not seem HQ at all, it is quite a bit lower quality than the HD on Youtube. Also, why does under premium benefits it states that you can skip the queue times etc, but if I go to the upload status for my movie... there still seems to be a long queue? It basically feels like it's taking the same amount of time as non premium. Please someone help

Wow, this is so frustrating -_- I can't get WCM to respond to any emails and I can't get a reply on here D:
