Looking for an MMORPG

I'm looking for any game that basically starts you out from scratch. No money or anything really. And lets you find a piece of land and grow crops and build a house etc. Or something like that. Real or fantasy. Just something that lets you do that. One last thing. It has to be better graphics than runescape. I know runescape lets you have your own house and everything but the graphics are just a little to poor for my taste. Any suggestions at all are appreciated.
