Adobe Premiere 2.0 encoding
I fiddled around with all the different formats that were available (DV-NTSC, DV-PAL, etc..) with a resolution of 720x540(I think) and the final product has awful quality, full screen and in 720x540. I've seen videos with similar resolution that gave out better quality (alot better). Help appreciated.
