Looking for critiques..

I'm looking for CONSTRUCTIVE critiques on my Machinimas. I'm only just getting going but I want to improve my methods.

I use Sony Vegas 9.0 to compile everything and hopefully by looking at the end results, you may be able to spot what i need to work on (and more to the point give me tips on HOW0
