Information about Star Trek Online

Star Trek Online is the working title of a MMORPG which was announced on September 7, 2004. The game is expected to be a major release that will create a massive online arena for PC players to participate as Starfleet officers in the Star Trek universe.

Developer: Perpetual Entertainment
Platform: PC
Release date: Q1 2008
Status: Internal. Closed Beta Summer 2007

They definitly will.

And people think real life deaths about drama in WoW is a lot? Dude, the bodies will be pileing up after this game is released.

the very few screenshots they have look nice. But then again, most mmos have awesome screenshots in early stages and then dont look as good at launch

Yeah, you need to keep up with technology. For example when Everquest 2 was released no computer was able to play it at the highest insane settings for well over a year. Bad engine optimization played a part in it though

honestly i think they are good still. but my comp ,even being high-end still cant run it well

Ya, I mean they are okay... But in my opinion, nothing like Lineage II or WoW.

OT: EQ2s graphics are way more advanced than WoW imo. The polygon count is through the roof in EQ2. However Blizzard did a much better job at optimizing the engine so even low end systems could run the game smoothly.
