iv got v bad quality from fraps recordings

hey iv been frapsing 4 a long time now and from seeing other movies my fraps recording quality is crap. im not sure whats causing this but about 1 1/2 years ago i frapsed my self killing some mobs and that recording was crystal clear but now its crap.

How bad?
well you cant read the text once iv recorded

Yeah, we don't really care much about cracked versions here.. it's illegal and you should support the creators of fraps if you think it's a good piece of software.

Anyhow, the problem you have is that you didn't set up the resolution properly, you're using 720x480 which your source video isn't at.
