Sidenote: Each and everyone I told about this was just shaking their virtual head about this behaviour. Maybe you should review your policy.

Very sorry, this doesn't happen very often, if at all.

It's sad to see you don't want to participate in this site anymore, but we will not force you to stay... Just don't go telling everything that this is the usual procedure for the site, because as I said before, this rarely if ever happens.

Alot of movies go through this site, all of them have to be checked by people... gets very hectic.

I would say that what I tell people is my business. I stick to my ethics and will tell them the plain truth. Usually that is enough for them to choose their consequences.

As of how often things like this happen on your page I cannot ascertain. How do you know how many ppl are frustrated after the first or second useless try and just give up?

I am sorry to see how to see how you have been handled. :/ I do not think saying that "it rarely happens" is an excuse, each "case" is unique. I can assure you that we will indeed review our policies and systems to prevent things like this happening in the future. Unfortunately the damage is already done in your case but I do however would like to rectify the situation if at all possible. Please, send me a PM a let me sort this.
