Questions, How to get a WCM stream and torrent?

Hello all,

delacroix here, Im releasing my first ever pvp movie, and ive got Vimeo stream , and filefront stream, But id like to have a WCM stream and WCM Torrent,

So could anyone tell me how to get WCM stream and torrent?

I believe the torrent is automaticly created, and the stream is created based on how popular your movie is.

I'm really not sure but I think so!
