Some good AE tutorials

Hi

here is a very popular After Effects tutorial site.

http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e.html

Some of the effects are good for intro/outro

Good luck

I looked at that site a couple of times when I began to use AE.

However, I gave up after having either a problem understanding the English on important steps, or finding a minor had been left out meaning I couldn't get it to work right.

Oh well.

No I do not use Vegas.

But I know it's not possible to create those powerful effects in Vegas.

Hey i'm still new at creating logos' and movies and just recently bought Adobe AE. I'm trying to do the example 3 on http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e.html. In your post you said you can help, and any help will do. The first step asks to create a logo with Motion's Graphic. But i don't see this option anywhere. If its not much, do you think you can write a step to step guide on how to achieve this intro for a newly introduced person?

For Step 1:

You only need a text. It can be a photshop file, illustrator, jpeg or whatever. Or you create in After Effects . With the timeline selected choose Layer -> New -> Text.

I advise you, don't continue that tutorial. You need a PlugIn called "Final Effects Complete". It's not for free.

Generally, if you're new with AE try www.creativecow.net or www.videocopilot.net before you start ayatos.

If you still want Ayato tutorial Nr 3 I'll upload my project file.

Greetings
