fraps files are huge
i am using 25 fps and half size but when i record like a 1 min long file its is 600 mb:O plx help

That's just how they are.
You could always compress them after recording, but that slows down editing and reduces quality from the word go.

Have to agree with btcc22 here, it's how it is. It's a hard world... I suggest you to use an extern harddrive.
