Help: Fraps & Sony Vegas Encoding

First, you need to know that i am a big beginner concerning Sony Vegas.

I Frapsed some videos in WoW at High Quality and 30 FPS, no cursor, no sound. The Game Resolution was 1280x960.

What i want to know, is how to encode these video with Sony Vegas and keep the highest possible quality, what codec to use, and what settings specifically, Step-By-Step if possible.

I've read the stickied Guide about encoding and Xvid but for some reason it just doesnt work. Sometime ill end encoding a 6go Video into a 64megs files(needless to say the files does not open)
