Where can i get fraps?

im vry new to these sorta stuff... i would like to know where can i download fraps?and is there a free trail i could try b4 i start to buy the software? cuz im not sure if my machine could handle it and it would be a waste if i pay and not be able to use it properly.. like it says in many other threads ppl might even lag even if they are playing with 60-70fps.. and im only play with slightly above 50 in non populated areas,.. and easily below 25fps at dalaran during peak times... im running on XP sp3 3.5gb rams phenom II x4 920 with a 1gb sapphire hd4850.. pls help and thx a ton for the tips n advice.. cheers
