Adobe premiere new project settings question.

Hello,

When i open Adobe premiere and I can input the settings that i want, what is recommended to use for a WoW movie?

The reason I ask is because when i was editing my clips, upon saving the movie, the very top and bottom were cut off slightly. Is this a problem with the settings im choosing when creating a new project? Or a problem when i'm exporting?

Upon viewing the clips in the top right window while editing, it is the same, it is cut off slightly, and I don't know how to make it fit so that none of my captured video gets cut off. I am new to this editing, and would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you in advance.

The settings should be exactly what your clips are, which would be width*height. I dunno how to check that in premiere, someone will probably tell you how
