Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0

Hi, I just got this baby, and messed around with it a little. I seem to have gotten a little... issue with the video. You see, I only get a small square rather then the whole vid I exported (Fraps, WoW UI). The only thing it gives me is a small square that's zoomed it, or cropped. Help? =(

OHHHHH....

I was using a very small resolution apparently, and my video recording was like 1600x1200 xD. Trying the other resolutions, 1024x768, 1152x1024...

I notice that in 1152x1024, just a scene that lasts about 3 mins has 2600 frames, it says 1hour for the whole exporting. I need to compress it afterwards?

Yea you will. Use virtualdub to compress the file and it will be far smaller. It basicly discards loads of data on the file that you dont need.

Ah, I see. Many thanks!

P.S. Where can I get virtualdub? Is it free?

Erm... what would be the ideal format with this app? Something with a small file size, and a good enough quality. I was trying DV- NTSC, and the quality wasn't so good in full screen =S
