Lens Flare motion

Hi all

I am using Adobe Premier Pro and want to place a lens flare into a sequence. However, I am having trouble with making the lens flare move across the screen in this short clip...

Cant seem to make it so the flare does anything but sit there...

Any tips?

It's a simple thing to do in Vegas, so I'll do it there. BUT In vegas when I apply FX, like a moving flare, how do I tell it to like, fade in, and then fade out? I can see no opacity options. Why are things never easy?

In Premiere Pro what you have to do is set the lens flare then hit the stop watch in the controls and then move the time slider and then move the lens flare to where you want it and it will auto move it there.

Do you mean the effect controls in the preview monitor? Cant see a stopwatch, or anyway of setting a keyframe to set an effect in/out point.
