Question about the new rating system

If somebody comments without putting a rateing on my video, im currently assuming that this will not add a rating however due to the fact that my video has changed from --/5 to 0.00/5 i thought id just ask and check that i am correct in my assumption ^_^

You are correct, the rating should not add anything if they haven't rated. We're looking in to the fact that you got 0.00/5 after a while. thanks for posting about it!
