Vimeo is targeting machinima now!

Long story short - Vimeo decided that these videos by me are not machinima according to them:

Rage & Rapture
Chilled Escapism
The Scarlet Thorn
Sunday Break

All of them were removed from Vimeo with the same reasoning: "they are not machinima according to us".

I decided not to upload anymore videos to that site. Kinda sucks, since I've always wanted to offer my movies in best possible quality in addition to downloading.

I'm not asking anyone to delete their current videos, but if you are a serious machinimaker I do hope that you consider putting anything up to that site.

strange thing that is.Leaves me with the question, what for gods sake they DO consider as being machinima...

Well, I received a mail from them yesterday which said that "after internal discussions we decided that your videos are machinima".

Yeah, right - that's one way to translate incompetence.

Guess they just realised they had made a mistake. You'll probably receive compensation sooner or later. :p
