Hello!

My name is Kelly Sopchak and I am a student at the University of Houston. I have been collecting data through surveys about the gamers’ experience of playing MMORPGs. Before beginning my graduate program I spent my time playing FFXI as Kullee. I knew then that if I ever did research on MMORPGs it would be to look at the experience of gaming, because after all that is why we play. My intent is not to spam or advertise, as this is academic research. Please let me know if modifications should be made. Also, if anyone has any ideas for collecting surveys online, aside from the forum, please let me know. I have read forums for years and completed numerous surveys, however I never realized that the forums are not survey friendly. Thanks for your time!!

Kelly Sopchak from the University of Houston is conducting research to assess American gamers experience of playing MMORPGs. Only those 18 and older that reside in the U.S.A. are eligible to complete the survey.
