"Downloads" count stuck, and no premium from posting promo material.

I was wondering why my "fame" and "rank" seemed to be bugged somehow staying at 0.

But then I noticed my "downloads" count in my profile was not going up at all,
(I tried with several different browsers too) even though I've watched hundreds of movies while being logged in.

I registered again for testing and was able to get the download count up with no problem on the second account, so it must be something wrong with my main WCM account, is there something im missing or possibly a bug in your system?

As second issue I have added WCM promotional material to 4 of my movies:

Are you sure you clicked "YES" to the question regarding if you used promotional material?

I'll take a look at your user profile to see what's up.

My account seems to be working better now, thank you

And yes, im quite sure I did select "yes" in the promotion material dropdown box while submitting the movies, or atleast in some of them I did for sure.

I have the same problem as Nukermax, except for the downloads counter.
I've selected yes on WCM promo material (for 3 movies) yet there's nothing.
Any help?
