Got prob with my video olot of black space

when i watch the video i made theres alwas a big black space all around
my video only use 3/4 of the screem that i suppose to be
but i dont know why it does that anyone can help me out ?

after i export it from adobe premier

If you start a new project in Adobe Premiere you have the Option to automatically resize imported clips to the size of the "project".

Go to "Project -> Project Settings -> General" and look for "Scale clips to project dimensions..." (using kinda old version of Premiere, may have changed the structure a bit, sorry). Anyways, this way it won't rescale all the imported (and, as I expect, already edited) clips; you'll have to rescale them by hand (selecting them in the monitor and using the handlers)
