Freezing a frame and zooming in
Well i'm sorry if someone has asked this which i'm sure they have but i'm having trouble with freezing a frame and zooming in. I want to freeze a frame in which a crit happens or something of the sort and then zoom in really quick then pop back out. Any help is appreciated.

You're using Sony Vegas I assume?
Just click the "save snapshot to file". After doing that click the S button while standing at the same place as you took the snapshot file and remember to have the click you took the snapshot from marked. Clicking S will cut the clip. Import the file into the project (just like you do with all other files) and add it to the timeline. Put it at the place where you cut the clip before. Then use event pan/crop. Check here if you don't know how to use it. That should help you out.
