Warcraft Movie promo problem

I'm trying to put one of those Warcraft movie's Promo video at the start of the movie but, ive tried a few and when dragged them into my video editer ( song vegas 7.0 ) it only comes up as sound, no video.

Any help?

I had a similar issue when I had vegas 6, I fixed the issue by reinstalling the program.

It's a pretty common problem with Xvid, although I'm not sure why it happens. I have the issue too, except the codec won't work in multiple editing programs.

Your best bet is to reinstall the codec if you can, and I suppose you could try to reinstall Vegas like Valamir said.

Other than that, you could try using a conversion program to change the Xvid file into something you could use, like WMV. That's what I did.
