Help with Adobe Premiere Elements rendering

Can't seem to get good results trying to render a movie in Adobe Premiere Elements. What specifically should I be looking at trying to get better final resolution?

Well first of all you will want to render to avi format using "file-export-export movie" and use Xvid using the settings suggested in http://www.mmorpgforum.net/showthread.php?t=16 forum.
